New functions

Dear developers ,
Thanks for a wonderful plugin, but very necessary following functions:
1) calendar synchronization itsal import / export . The apartments are advertised on several sites and certainly need to be synchronized to avoid double sales.
2) Change in value depending on the number of visitors. Such as fixed cost for two guests and for each subsequent 10 euros to a maximum number of guests. This format is very common on many sites and this function is missing.
