New GA4 compatibility?

  • Hello! Just wondering if GAinWP is going to be compatible with the new GA4 analytics?

    I can see someone has recently posted how to create a GA account and select Universal tracking, but that doesn’t seem to be a long term solution going forward.

    It’s a great plugin and I use it on over 100 websites ?? Hopefully there’s a resolution to how to connect new style accounts.

  • Yes, I just setup a new account and cannot figure out how to have the plugin see the analytics account with no GA tag…it just has a number now.

    It would be great if the plugin developer could reply to these questions! Seems like more people are asking. As far as I can tell there is no way to link this plugin to Google Analytics for clients that have upgraded to GA4.

    Can someone please reply so we know if we are searching for a different solution ??
