Hi, any gallery we build in SmugMug since last Sunday will not load on WordPress when we go to insert galleries to the posts. No settings have been touched/changed – any idea of what could be causing this?

You have not provided a URL, so I cannot say for sure. My guess is that you have a caching plugin or some sort of caching setup on your website.

If you can provide me with a URL, I might have a more definitive response.

Where on this site are you expecting to see the new galleries? What is the shortcode you have in place to show the galleries automatically?

The link you have provided is just that of the front-page.

We can’t get the galleries to sync over from smugmug – that’s the issue. There’s like a 12+ hour delay and we don’t know why. Once they sync over, it’s fine, but the delay in syncing is the issue. What do you need from me to figure that out? Our galleries are all displayed under https://newnoisemagazine.com/galleries/

You mean, you are creating a gallery in SmugMug, but that is not showing up in the Wizard immediately?

If that is the case, you might want to report this to SmugMug. There is no delay built into Photonic – it will show your galleries as soon as they are visible to the API. Basically, there is no concept of “syncing over” – Photonic always shows you a live view of whatever SmugMug’s API (which is offered by SmugMug itself) can see. As Photonic is not copying over any galleries from SmugMug, what is likely happening is that there is a delay between your galleries being created, and then being made available via the API. Hence, this would be something for SmugMug to troubleshoot at their end.
