New Google Maps V3 API

SLP only uses V3 of Google Maps.

Dont you think you should mention the version exactly where you require the Google API key?

@crashguru – good idea. It is noted in multiple places in the online docs and readme file. Doesn’t hurt to add more.

Also, you don’t need the API key unless you have thousands of locations and a very busy site. I think “generic lookup by IP address” allows something like 1200 lookups/hour.
