New graph – Word Count History Graph

  • I’ve created a new graph for WordPress that displays an activity history based on word count as a bar graph. I think it looks great in the sidebar. You can find it here.

    Unfortunately you currently have to enter database info into the source code by hand. I haven’t figured out how to use the wpdb class with this code, but if anyone more knowledgeable has any advice, it would be greatly appreciated. Other comments or suggestions are more than welcome as well.

    Interesting plugin… I’d be interested to follow the progression of it…

    I downloaded and followed your instructions, but the only thing I see is the Word Count History Graph label. Is the use id and password what you have set for the WP admin id and password?

    The user ID and password are for the database that WP uses, not necessarily for the admin user of the site itself.

    I’ve taken this code down for the moment – I posted it too early for the project. I appologize, but I will release it properly in the near future.
