• Have been using FLV player in pages for playback. Updated to new WP version, see where it has HTML5 player. Went thru proper load procedures as prompted. Loaded video in MP4 format. Video uploaded. Playback has audio of video but no video. Tried everything. Very angry now that every loaded FLV file in every page is disabled. Went to every page with FLV and nothing. No controls on player, no video, no audio. Am I going to have to reload every video now in MP4, and even that isn’t working properly. Please help as my entire business is now down with no operating video on pages.

Here’s page with uploaded MP4 version and audio only.

OK< here’s a twist as I work on this. When using the new player installed in WP, I am able to use the FLV, but still not the MP4. I am currently testing another player on the page that uses DIVX, but those viewing my page who do not have DIVX installed are of course coming up empty in playback.

Using the new HTML5 player in the new version would be great if I could use an MP4 video in there to improve the poor FLV quality. So what’s the answer? Is there a difference MP4 format to use?

    Thanks.
