New image urls links are breaking.

I’ve been posting links from my zazzle shop just fine until now. But now if I use the media manager it gives only the link without the image. My editor plug in (not your responsibility, but still…both not working?) just gives a broken image.
So what happened? I can get them to work only by manually adding through the html. I shouldn’t have to do it that way. What’s wrong?
