new images don’t show in Preview

    New images added to the Image Library do not show up in Preview mode. I’ve tried it out in several browsers and get different results.

    In Safari, I get broken image spaces.
    In Firefox, I just get the Alt text.
    In Opera, I get both a broken image icon and the Alt text.
    In Chrome, I get both a broken image icon and the Alt text.

  • What do your URLs look like for those uploaded images?

    Meaning are they like this

    Incorrect
    example.com/imageone of john doe.jpg

    Correct
    example.com/imageon-of-john-doe.jpg

    There are no spaces in any of my file names.
    Example: /wp-content/uploads/CAA-2019-Bronze-ribbon-144×125.png

    But to my chagrin, there was an error in the beginning of the file name. I’ve corrected it and now the images show. Thanks for making me double check the file name!
