New install complains about URLs

New install of WP and BackWPup displays the following.
BackWPup:
– WP_CONTENT_URL ‘/wp-content’ must set as a full URL!
– WP_PLUGIN_URL ‘/wp-content/plugins’ must set as a full URL!
