New install – Error: ! Please try again. When creating quiz

    Hello
    I have a pretty much clean install of WordPress with very few plug-ins installed. I’ve just installed QSM and when I create my 1st quiz I get the error below:
    Error: ! Please try again.

    It then just sits there with the spinning circle

    WordPress et cetera is all up to date
    I have tried disabling cookies compliance, caching and tried using standard themes. I’ve also tried disabling security plug-ins such as limit logons et cetera. All to no avail.

    I was hoping to use this on my production site to replace another piece of software.
    I’d appreciate your help
