    The number of posts in the feed is controlled by WordPress under Settings -> Reading.

    As for the images, this plugin doesn’t explicitly seek out images to include. All it does is change the way WordPress works so that pages are included in the feed. If those pages include images in the correct format and images otherwise show in the feed for posts, then images should show up for pages as well.
