New install not working

I’ve installed CP Donations Pro and created a donation widget.
Enter the shortcode into a page and publish.
All the fields appear correctly, but when I fill the form out and click “Donate” button, nothing happened.
I already deactivated/deleted/reinstalled. Anything I’m missing?
