New Install – receiving “unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500”

    I just installed this plugin – and on activation I received error “unable to handle this request.” – “HTTP ERROR 500”
    If I navigated to the public facing site the site was working but if I navigated to any WPadmin pages it threw this error.
    Deleting the plugin resoted the site to normal.
    Site is on WordPress 5.4.2 PHP 7.2

    Any thoughts?

    Hi @csit,
    Thanks for your message.

    If you can see your PHP error log, it should tell you what caused a fatal error wrt BNFW.
    Are you able to find that and post the log entry?
