I just installed and can enter and edit the admin pages but when I click VIEW SITE the page resolves to a default screen from the webhost. I am thinking this is some permission that needs to be set or I could have goofed at Godaddy when I set the dns??

Here is the message I see when trying to resolve to the mydomain.com

This is the default page for mydomain.com. This page was generated automatically via ispCP Omega. Please upload your own index.html file.

  • Hello,

This is probably because there is still a default index.html file in your web root directory on the server, which (in general) will take priority over WordPress’ index.php file.

If you delete (or rename) the index.html file, your WordPress site should load properly.

    Hi Mike,
Agree with Mike on this look at your url config in cpanel and change config there.
