new install – unable to download

Hi,

We are new to Memphis and think it looks great.

Although, we are having an issue as we are unable to download any docs that are uploaded.

The page we have it on is using the shortcode:

and is available at https://demo.sariscoatings.com/tds-msds/

There is a PDF uploaded in the Brochures folder but nothing happens when it is clicked. I have checked the setting and also checked the Test server compatibility, aswell as clean up file system.

Please could some help / advise.
