New installation is now complaining that cookies are blocked.

    So my brand new installation is now complaining that cookies are blocked (in Chrome and IE), and won’t let me login.

    I read here that it is often a plugin issue and renaming the plugin folder can fix it. It IS a new installation, so I didn’t have any plugins added in, but I renamed the folder anyway. I’m still getting the same error.

    I also verified in Chrome that cookies were allowed, and investigated my large array for currently active cookies. Yep. Cookies should be working.

    Anyone else seen this issue? Is it a permissions thing, perhaps?
