New Installation, issue with Certs

Just installed the premium version of Xeroom, with previously generated keys via openssl. I went to the library/certs in FTP and deleted existing files, and put my own keys:
public_privatekey.pfx
publickey.cerIt doesn’t seem like that connection is happening. Did I do something wrong?

Support for Xeroom has now moved over over to their own website at Xeroom.com. If you head to https://www.xeroom.com/support/ there is a support ticket area at the bottom of the page.
