    Hi Glen, in the past I read another support thread from someone who had the same or similar symptoms as you.

    What was happening is the user was viewing the page source code while they were logged into their website. Once they logged out and went to the front end they were able to view the source code.

    Perhaps this is not your case but I thought of sharing this here.
