New Installation, WordPress Not Showing

I installed WP (for Windows) in the wwwroot of https://www.my_domain.com. The setting for my blog are as follows:

WordPress address (URL: https://www.my_domain.com
Blog address (URL: https://www.my_domain.com

However, when I press the ‘visit site’ button I am directed to the following page(s):

IE: This error (HTTP 403 Forbidden) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect to the website, but it does not have permission to view the webpage.
Firefox: Directory Listing Denied – This Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed.

Please advise me where I have gone wrong, thanks.
