• Hi,

I recently changed my domain name for my blog and I also created a subdomain for a second language.
I?ve set Polylang to identify the subdomain for the second language, but since I have a separate WordPress instance for the subdomain, I was wondering if the pages I translate with Polylang, can somehow automatically populate the subdomain?

Right now I have to create the page on the main domain and also on the subdomain, but it’s a lot of work.

The domain is oanablogs.com and subdomain ro.oanablogs.com

I want a separate instance for the subdomain because I want a different layout for it.

Is there a way to have a different looking subdomain that auto-populates with the translated pages, without all the duplicates?

    Hello,

Polylang is able to manage the content of only one site.

I am not sure of what you mean by “a different layout”. If this is a different theme, then you should look for a solution based on multisite. If this is a different CSS stylesheet, then it’s very easy to have one stylesheet per language. If this the same theme with different options, then some themes allow to have one set of options per language. If this a page builder layout, or a page template, then the default behavior should allow you to have one per language, as Polylang uses one page per language.
