New leads are not sent via email

    Hello,
    The form is working but they are not sent to the email I have provided at “Email form data to”. I have tried 3 or 4 different email addresses?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Thank you for using Rainmaker.
    Have you check your spam folder for the mails?
    There might be two possibilities.
    1.Either mail from your site is blocked, so any mails sent from WordPress will not sent? You can check that with your email sent logs
    2.Your mails are in spam folder, please just check once and verify that.
    Also try one email address at a time.

    Hello,
    I have checked the spam folder, no emails can be found there. I have tried both two different Gmail-addresses and two different site domain-addresses. I have only tried one email at a time. For a short period of time leads were sent to one of the Gmail-addresses but that stopped working suddenly. Now, no email works.

    Have you check your serve’s email log?
    It seems that there is some issue with wp_mail function.
    Check that and let us know how it goes?

    Apologies for the delayed reply.

    May I know if you are using Cpanel or Plesk Panel or any other panel to log in to your servers(i.e hosting)?
