    Just paid for both EasyIndexPlus + EasyRecipe Plus. It was not cheap. Plugged in both licenses in the website and the new licenses do not work. Opened ticket number 4232 in the EasyRecipe website. Response was, ticket is being processed. I noticed that I had an old ticket from last year and the status is, ticket is being processed. Can you please help? Thanks.

    Hi,

    Our license server was out of action for a few hours last night and it was incorrectly responding to license queries.

    It’s back to normal now and you’ll find you can activate the licenses and update normally.

    But do let us know if you continue to have any issues.
