New Logo Doesn’t Replace Empty Old Logo

  • I’m struggling to make my logo show at the top of my home page. Nothing sane that I do is working – I have uploaded and selected multiple-multiple-multiple times and it ***never*** appears. The developer had placed another logo there and I cannot remove it – I even deleted the file and now it shows as a blank document. Please, please, can anyone help?

    I have reviewed your website and it appears that the Header is created using the Elementor plugin. Refer to this screenshot, please.

    Since the Header is created using Elementor, Astra Customizer settings will not affect it. In case you wish to remove it, it would be better to reach out to Elementor support as they would be able to guide you better.
