Hello, I have the version 1.2.2

As you probably know, there is a new MailerLite API and SDK.

I changed the API key to the new one. And now when a subscriber tries to subsciber, for example it goes to the “unsubscribed”, in MailerLite panel in the “Subscribed date” appears “invalid date” instead of the real date.

I contacted ML support, they said to contact the plugin author, because it means that the plugin is sending the date in a different format to the endpoint.

Can you please check and fix it?

I think it is related to this https://developers.mailerlite.com/docs/subscribers.html#create-upsert-subscriber and https://developers-classic.mailerlite.com/reference/create-a-subscriber

In New MailerLite there is yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss in Classic Y-m-d H:i:s

From my knowledge they are the same… just different structure. So the problem may lay somewhere else

Please help to make the plugin compatible to ML New, as many people are now migrating all the free versions because of stop of Free package in Classic.

    Hello

Unfortunately we can’t reproduce the problem. “Subscribed” column contains valid dates on https://dashboard.mailerlite.com/subscribers?status=active page. The plugin doesn’t send “subscribed_at” (it is optional field).

Could you enable “Application log” and “Debug log” options in plugin settings, try to subscribe again and then send us data from logs by email: info (at) ari-soft (dot) com ?

Ok, I’ll monitor it. In that website there are few visits. So it can take longer to check.

However I have a huge issue on a different website. I’ll open a new ticket
