New Meetup API application rejected

    Has anyone else had issues with Meetup not accepting their applications for the new OAuth setup? We received this reply after attempting to upgrade to the new version of OAuth:

    After review, your application has been denied per section 5 of the Meetup API License Terms. It was found to be in violation of the commercial use guidelines outlined in the ‘Your Use’ section. The Meetup API license is meant to facilitate the development of applications related to Meetup events and groups using platform data and developer tools.

    My client is trying to display events for her networking group meetings on her website. Is this no longer allowed using this plugin? I’m so confused!

    Hi @jayesel ,

    Before a few months Meetup has made API available to the Meetup pro version only. If your customer has the Meetup Pro version it will get approved. Many of our customers are using New OAuth API keys.

    a Meetup has different pricing and policy for each country so check it out with them.
