NEW MENU ITEMS

After creating a new menu or going to an old one, I do not have a spot to pull create new menu items. I have attached a image here: https://www.uncleharrysdeli.com/problems/cantaddnewmenuitems.JPG
Basically it just doesn’t give me an option to create Menu Items.
Please help, I need to have my Menu up and running by this weekend.
