new menu (pinnacle free theme)

Where are you trying to add a menu? Are you working from Appearance > Menus? Can you post a link? ??

Yes, appearance -> menus
I select create new but it never does. I can only edit the 2 existing menus. I finally just deleted everything on both menus but it still won’t let me create a new menu.

More than likely your php memory needs to be increased. Try contacting your host.

TY. Being that my php is at 256 MB and I havent received an error saying I need increase is there anything else thats common to cause that?

Hmm, that is odd. Haven’t heard of this happening.
Is your user the admin of the site? Can you create images if you deactivate pinnacle? Have you tried removing the theme and then reinstalling?

Yep, I’m the admin. I can upload images either way, never had a problem with that. I unis talked and reinstalled, still can’t create a new menu. I am just gonna hv to not use a menu to achieve the results I’m going for.

Found a fix- I just am using a different them altogether. This is why I always test free themes b4 buying the paid version.

Missed the post from a couple days ago. I have meant to say can your create *menus if you deactivate the theme. Missed typed.

I haven’t been able to create this issue. It’s one I would really love to look into. Can you send me more details about your server? and site? like what plugins your using ect. and If you are still interested in using the theme I would be happy to take a look and figure out the issue.
