With the standard CSS the error does not occur. However, depending on the theme and its stylesheet, the output must be adapted to the theme. I have few possibilities, if the theme specifies values ??

I have disabled the specific file in the robots.txt.
    Does it affect any functionality?

So what should be done? Do I need to make any changes? I didn’t quite understand.

Robot.txt does nothing. You can leave it in or take it out, it has the same effect: Nothing.

(Note: If Google really scans the listed PHP file, something is wrong with your server settings. Google should ignore the file, because it’s just a template. Google is the file regularly even completely unknown.)

If the GSC displays the message on a page with shortcode: You have to add manually customized CSS in your (child-)theme. If you want to optimize for the GSC, background knowledge is definitely not bad ??

What servers settings could be wrong? Customizing the CSS doesn’t seem right as the file should not be displayed.
I also had a talk with my hosting they couldn’t find anything that could be leaking. I also tried changing the theme and switching to default twenty twenty theme to test if its still shows. And it does! So it doesn’t seem like its coming from the theme as well.

Could you give a bit more detail into what you think could be the issue with my configuration so we can identify and help fix it

So the Google Bot obviously scans subdirectories on your site. This should not be the case by default, at least no comparable error is known, not even with my installation. Anyway, there is nothing I could change, because it is not a real bug of the plugin.

Finally you have to look why the Google Bot scans deeper folder structures on your server and adds them to the database.
