New Multi-site is not automatically added to SSL Host

When I create a new site with force SSL admin on a multi-site, it doesn’t automatically add the Blog to the SSL Host, so all new sites get directed to https://https/
After I manually add the blog to the SSL Host, it forwards correctly. Is there a way to add the blog automatically?
