    Hi all!
    I just installed a new wordpress multisite.
    I want to use the Pique theme, which needs the Jetpack plugin for some functions.
    If i activate the Jetpack plugin for the whole network, the sites doesn’t work anymore and i only get this message:

    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function api_url() on null in /home/rincon/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/class.jetpack-connection-banner.php:157 Stack trace: #0 /home/rincon/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(288): Jetpack_Connection_Banner::enqueue_connect_button_scripts(‘index.php’) #1 /home/rincon/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(312): WP_Hook->apply_filters(NULL, Array) #2 /home/rincon/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php(478): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #3 /home/rincon/public_html/wp-admin/admin-header.php(104): do_action(‘admin_enqueue_s…’, ‘index.php’) #4 /home/rincon/public_html/wp-admin/index.php(111): include(‘/home/rincon/pu…’) #5 {main} thrown in /home/rincon/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/class.jetpack-connection-banner.php on line 157

    When i only activate the plugin on one site, the needed functions (for example Site Logos), doesn′t exist, but the sites are working.

    Any idea how i can fix it?

    Thanks a lot!

    Hmm, thanks for this. You’re the second report we’ve seen today, so we’ll work on this and update you here when we have a fix.

    Figured that out already, but then i cannot use the pique theme. So i have to wait for a solution or not use a multisite installation.

    Hi everyone, sorry for the trouble. The issue is with a the 8.2.2 version we shipped earlier today and only affects those that have the Jetpack plugin network activated, and the error surfaces on only the subsites of a network. We’re working on a fix and it will be out within a few hours (likely closer to GMT+1 morning).

    In the meantime, a temporary solution would be to network deactivate Jetpack from the main network plugins page. This will clear all the errors until the new version is released with the fix.

    Another solution would be to manually install 8.2.1, if you’re able to. It’s a one-liner in wp-cli if you have access wp plugin update jetpack --version=8.2.1.

    Again, apologies for the trouble.
