    Thank you for your plugin but I can’t seem to figure out how to make this important action for me.

    When my client fills out my form the first time all info goes to Highrise. What I’d lie is for every other time the form is filled I get a note in Highrise under the client’s profile for what he has entered in the form’s “Cleaning Instruction” field and also a note that says “New booking”. I have added a Mapped Note as my “Cleaning Instruction” field and I have added a custom note that says “New booking”. But when the form is completed, neither of these notes are added under the customer’s profile.

    Hi Ryan,

    Right now the plugin doesn’t update any Highrise contacts, it just adds them or skips them if they exist (and you set up the form as such).

    If the note fields are mapped, they should be added to the new contact that is created when the form is submitted. If the contact already exists, there is no current way to only update a note for that contact.

    Thank you for your response. I am using your plugin to add the contact. And then using Zapier.com to add new submissions as notes to the contact. Thanks again!
