New notice about inconsistent site names: unstyled and undismissable

Hi guys,

This thing started appearing in sites today. I’ve not updated Jetpack so I don’t know why it suddenly started showing. Did you enable something server-side?

This is with JetPack 3.5 on WP 4.1.3

Anyway, it looks pretty useful! But:

1) I want to click the middle option and it doesn’t work. Nothing happens when I click it.
2) On the JetPack page it looks unstyled:

My guess is that you enabled something server-side without updating the plugin’s JS and CSS. Can you confirm what’s going on here?
