Having an issue where the new order email is being sent to my admin email address even though I have set a different email address under WooCommerce > Settings > Email > New Order Email

Seems WooCommerce is simply ignoring the recipient emailed entered, any solutions on how to fix this?

P.S the email I entered is correct, and I have tasted it.

    Much appreciated

  • Hi @dazman88,

You might try editing the New Order email and taking out the hands raised emoji. Here’s a screenshot for more clarification.

See if that makes a difference for you. Let me know how it goes.

    Hello everyone,

You can install a plugin like WP Mail Logging:
    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-mail-logging/

Next, you can create a new test order, you can check if the emails are logged under Dashboard > Tools > WP Mail logging.

Also, for us to take a better look, please share a copy of your site’s System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

Keep us informed, I hope this helps.
