    I have a woocommerce shop for some years now and until now a few seconds after a new order would come in I got a new order email to my email. A few days ago this email started to get to my email 1-5 hours after the new order comes in. The customer email is being sent with no problem.

    I did this trial:

    1. with the problem – email 1 was defined as my email, email 2 was entered at the new order as a customer. The new order email was sent to email 1 as a seller after 4 hours, the new order email to email 2 as a customer was sent immediately.
    2. no problem – email 2 was defined as my email, email 1 was entered at the new order as a customer. Both of the new order emails was sent immediately with no problem.

    I understand you are facing an issue where a New Order email to you as a Shop owner is sent with a delay of 1 to 5 hours.

    I appreciate the steps you have taken to troubleshoot this.

    Could you try using a different set of 2 emails?
    I suggest creating 2 free Gmail accounts and testing the delay with the emails.

    This test will help me understand the root cause of the issue.

    With other emails the is no problem. The only problem is with my original email as a shop owner (with the same email as a client there is no problem).

    If the problem is not occurring with other emails then this suggests the problem does not lie with WooCommerce.

    The problem could be related to your email service provider.
    I suggest you look into that or contact email support.

    Lastly, I suggest you perform another test.
    Install the WP SMTP plugin, and use its Test Email feature to send multiple emails to your email address.
    Then notice if there are any delays in the email.

    Speaking from my personal experience, when I use email client apps that fetch emails from my Gmail, Outlook, and other email accounts there is a delay of up to 1 hour.

    Thank you. I am using WooCommerce for some years now and I didn’t change the email, and suddenly it started. The second thing that implies its not the email, is that when the email is being used as a client there is no problem. I will try to preform more tests to try and figure this one. Thank you!

    The problem you are facing is quite strange.

    You are correct when you say that the problem does not occur when your email is entered as a customer email. The delay only occurs when your email is entered as the Shop Owner.

    On the other hand, if you enter any other email as the Shop Owner, there is no delay.
    I am highlighting this because WooCommerce does not scan or recognize emails to treat them differently. WooCommerce simply triggers an action that sends an email to the entered email address.

    Please go ahead and perform my suggested tests and more tests that you have in mind.
    The goal is to narrow down the cause of this issue.

    I am facing issue with New Orders Showing very delay in WooCommerce > Orders.
    this issues happens many times with 3-4 users. also there is one more problem Payment received and captured in Razorpay but in WooCommerce order display as order Cancelled and mail send for Cancelled to Customer which is bad impact on our business.

    Sometimes it auto changed status from Cancelled to processing after some time (but it sometimes happens in 3-4 days not daily). Screenshot url sharing one of my order as well
