New Order Email Not Sending After Edited the Heading

    I use this plugin to change the text on some order notification emails. But on the new order notification email, after I edited the contents. Why is the email not sent when an order comes in?
    The email will be sent when the order status is “On Processing” and finally 2 emails are sent simultaneously (“New Order” and “On Processing”).
    So, how to solve this?

    I tried replicating it on my test website but as soon as I’m done placing an order, I am receiving the New Order email notification even after editing the heading text – https://share.getcloudapp.com/v1ujN4bx.

    Kindly do the troubleshooting steps listed in this article to pinpoint what is the cause of the issue.

    But when I check the debug email plugin, my email is still sent as default ( https://prnt.sc/1y8vlyv )

    yeah, i have clear my cache.
    But it still not working properly.

    Have you tested on browser? And have you tried deactivating your plugins to test if any are conflicting?
