    Hi there.

I’m getting an issue regardless the emails.
When a client submits a new order, the client receives an email but I don’t, but if I change the order to “failed” I receive an email.

I’ve checked and the email exists and it is well written on email tab. I’ve tried the Post SMTP plugin and in the log shows me that the email is sent to the client but not for me ( it doesn’t gives me any error ) and logs the failed email to me.

I’ve tried with my domain email and gmail.
    What can be?

    Regards, Mário.

  • Does it fix it to remove the emoji (“??”) in the Additional Content field in the email settings? You’re not getting the same symptoms that it normally causes (see my writeup here), but I’m still suspicious of it since your other emails are working.

A couple more ideas if that’s not the case:

    • Maybe the enabled setting got turned off (WooCommerce -> Settings -> Emails -> New Order -> Enable this email notification)?
    • Maybe there’s something malformed about your email address on that same settings screen?

If none of that works, it’d be worth checking your logs:

@mailmechanic is doing a terrific job at covering the fundamentals ??. If you’ve working through his suggestions but are still seeing the same thing, please share a copy of your system status report as found under WooCommerce > System Status.

    Thanks!

    Hey guys.

Sorry for the delay, but I found the problem.
It’s a plugin compatibility, if the Easypay MBWay plugin it’s activated it doesn’t send email to me.
I have to check with Easypay about this problem.

Thanks both Dan and RK for the help.
