New order email notification issue (some are received and some not)

    Some of the New Order email notification is not coming through to my email. Some randomly are coming through. Customers are getting their emails. I have been struggling now for over 3 weeks. Been Googling and tried to find a solution on my own. with no luck

    These are all the action steps I have taken.

    Everything is updated. Done all the conflict plugin and theme troubleshooting, including switch to default theme. I have a Smtp plugin for delivery. Doublechecked if any particular product or delivery is causing it. Setup a staging copy. Run tests. All green on WordPress enviroment.

    for an example order 12229, 12228 came through but not order 12227, 12226, 12225. I do not know what to do anymore.

    I understand that the New Order Email notification is not being sent to all new orders from your site.

    As a first step, can you please check the troubleshooting tips on this support documentation Email FAQ and see if this resolves your issue here?

    Otherwise, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
