    Hi Claudio,

I’ve installed Woocommerce + PagSeguro, with API disabled. I had to do this because the same PagSeguro’s is used in another app that doesn’t support the API.

I understand why clients are not getting email, since WooCommerce cannot change order status from “pending” to “processing” automatically with the API disabled.

What I do not understand is: why am I not getting “new order” automatic notification emails?

I tried configuring WP Mail SMTP with Google Apps and the test email works perfectly, as well the contact form and every type of email I manually send via backend (including “new order” email). But the automatic notification for new order doesn’t work.

This is the log for two order attempts: https://pastebin.com/7VwxTFUg (censored some data).

If you have any insights, I would be very pleased!

This plugin does not send emails notifying new orders.
In fact this plugin gets the PagSeguro IPN and change the order status to on-hold or processing, so the WooCommerce can sends the emails.

By your log, the client makes a order and WANT to pay by ticket (boleto).
Note that the client WANT, but really have not paid yet, had not the ticket payment confirmed… Thus the order it stays as pending.

When the PagSeguro confirm the ticket payment your order has the status changed to processing and you will receive the WooCommerce new order email.
