    Hi is it possible to send a email to the admin only if the new order is successfully payed ?

    I read somewhere that its only possible by unhooking all new order email triggers and add new ones. Is this the only solution beside using an extra plugin for this ?

    Just to note, the New Order email is intended for the Store Manager, or staff, to be notified that an order came through. That is particularly important, as the core payment options with WooCommerce are not occurring at the same time an order is placed (asynchronous). Therefore, the store staff needs to be alerted, when a new order comes through, and act accordingly.

    Therefore, this is best for the payment gateway you are, or will be, using at your store. Feel free to reach out to its support channel.

    Otherwise, yes, a plugin like AutomateWoo would help with setting up different workflows and triggers; which will be dependent on the payment gateway’s abilities also.
