NEW ORDER email received 6 times

    Hi,

    I have the same problem with WordPress 5.0.3 and Woocommerce 3.5.4

    The NEW ORDER emails are being sent 6 times each time I receive a new order!

    I tried installing WP Mail SMTP and it also happens…

    What should I do?

    Hello Francisco,

    I can confirm that this is not the default behavior. Can you please cross check if you’re on the latest version of WooCommerce and all the extensions/plugins/themes set up on the store? (if not, please make a complete backup of your site and proceed with updating them)

    Once updated, if you’re still seeing the same behavior, please install https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-mail-logging/ extension to see if the emails are sent 6 times, or just once.
