Thanks for reaching out.
Looking at the shared screenshot, I’m able to see that the settings are properly set. However, I’d like to understand this issue even better. Was it working before? Do you remember making any changes before the issue started, such as updating or installing plugin(s)?
In the meantime, I would recommend logging whether an email is created and sent by installing the?WP Mail Logging?plugin and follow the steps below:
- Generate a test order
- Go to your?WP Admin → Tools → WP Mail Log
- Check that your test order generated an email, and if there are any sending errors reported (you can share the results with us here).
I would also encourage you to check our Email FAQ which is a great resource to narrow down what could be causing this behavior.

The culprit appears to be with how the
Recipient(s)are formatted here, it appears.To clarify, the first is not a valid email address, and there is no consistency with comma separated email addresses. Once the above two issues are resolved, the new order emails should be functioning as expected.

New orderemail is typically sent to Store Manager, and Administrator, roles, when a new order is received at the store.Therefore, it should be OK with having up to the .com part in the?

Could you please confirm that the emails are not landing in your spam folder?
It will also be great to consult with your host and check to see if there are any security blockers preventing emails from going out.
i receive emails from contact us page. but no not in spam folder either
You may consider installing a plugin such as WP Mail Logging. This will allow you to access all outgoing email logs from your site. If you observe that mail is being sent, it’s worth inspecting your SMTP settings.
