    Hi,

    Just want to ask some help, it works at first it send new order email, but suddenly it is not sending anymore, can guys help me.

    Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. Do you still have the problem with the new order email automation?

    You should be able to create an working automation with this step-by-step guide.
