New order notification email not sending

You’re not allowed more than one by default. If you want multiple email notifications for admins you’ll need to use a plugin like this.

Are all your emails GMAIL? If not are your emails on the same server as your domain?

When I was asking it to send to three different email addresses …

The one that worked was going to another domain based email, different server. It shows the other two emails in a cc: line

The two that failed — one is a .gmail and the other was domain based — for the same server.

Interesting. Is that other domain address hosted with your host? Some hosting companies will only allow emails that are on their boxes to be served.

Yes. Both are hosted at HostGator.

I’ve installed the wc-multiple-email… plugin. Will tray another test order and see if that works… Thanks for posting!

Payment processor is PayPal … we are getting activity notifications from them, but not from the website …

You can add a CC on your mail server for one of those emails to go to someone else. That might be a work around. Good luck with everything!
