New order notification not sent – all other email ok

  • Hi,

    I have a problem with WooCommerce and I don’t find how to fix it while spending hours and hours searching…

    I no longer receive the notification for a new order. But all other emails are ok (cancelled order, new account, contact form…).

    I try everything I could. Paypal is well configurated. I installed and tested with Postman SMTP as I found in other posts, but nothing change.

    No notification email is sent.

    Is someone had the same issue and succeed to fix it ?

    I finally found the problem, if it could help someone…

    That was an error due to the plugin : SYN Media WooCommerce Rewards

    This plugin seems to be not enough maintained and then not compatible with the latest released of WooCommerce.
