New Order store admin emails?

Is it possible to use this plugin and modify it to include a bulk resend of New Order emails that the store owner receives too? We had an issue with our MailGun plugin update that caused about 30 orders to not have the customer receipt or the store owner new order notification emails to be sent. Thanks!
