    Hi,

I have a store with the language set to Portuguese, however, the new order notification email to the user contains a paragraph of text that is not translated: “Thanks for your new order. It’s on-hold until…”

Does anyone know what’s going on?
I haven’t found this in the translations either.

    Thanks.

    Best regards

    Yes, it’s all updated.

    Hi @joseveiga

    Thanks for reaching out!

have a store with the language set to Portuguese, however, the new order notification email to the user contains a paragraph of text that is not translated: “Thanks for your new order. It’s on-hold until…”

I am trying to find the text string on my personal site, however, I am unable to locate it under the WooCommerce plugin.

Can you please share with us a clear screenshot of what you see on your end so that we could address you more effectively?

    Hi,
    Sorry for the delay…

Text not translated and not found in .PO files: “Thanks for your order. It’s on-hold until we confirm that payment has been received.”

    Can you help?

    Thanks.
    Best regards,

    Hi @joseveiga

    Thanks for sharing the screenshot.

I checked the text string using the Loco Translate plugin and found it under the WooCommerce plugin. You could use this plugin to translate the text string too.

    Hope this helps!

    It’s solved!
The problem was that the language was not in sync and it didn’t show all the strings.

    Thanks!
