New Orders are not appearing in Woocommerce backend (Woocommerce > Orders)

    Since the wordpress update (5.5) new orders are not showing up in Woocommerce backend. We still receive email notifications of new orders and paypal confirmation emails. When I enter the new order number in the search bar of the backend the orders are not found either.
    The backend only shows orders as of yesterday. Is anyone else encountering this?

    Hey there @deej130,

    What version of WooCommerce is installed on the site, and what version is the database? You can find these at WooCommerce → Status → System status.

    Also note that after updating to WordPress 5.5, quite a few problems can be fixed by installing the jQuery migrate helper plugin. I can’t say for sure if it would help in this case, but it can help solve unexpected behavior after updating.
