    Since yesterday, any new orders that have been received through my website are being successfully completed by the customer and we are receiving the email confirmation of the order. But the order details are not showing in Woocommerce and it is showing zero sales, zero revenue since yesterday afternoon. We link our financial accounts, postage, reviews to the change in order status in woocommerce so everything is at a bit of a standstill at the moment. I have the woocommerce app on my phone too which is also not showing any updates. Appreciate any help

    Hi @camjk777!

    This is usually the result of a plugin and/or theme conflict — so if you’ve made any recent changes prior to the issue creeping up, such as installing new plugins, and/or updating your theme or plugins, that that could be the reason

    I would recommend you switch to a default theme, like [Storefront](https://www.ads-software.com/themes/storefront/), and disable all your plugins, except for WooCommerce, to see if that resolves the issue. If it does, please re-enable your features one at a time until it breaks again

    Thanks for the suggestion, I deactivated the only plugin that had updated in the last day or so (FTP importer) and, a few hours later, everything returned to normal. Not sure if it was due to the plugin or it just sorted itself out but it’s fixed now so appreciate your help!
