    Hi!

We use Woocommerce with Klarna Checkout, and as of ~July 8th new orders go to On Hold-status and this error that suggests that there’s suddenly something wrong with Table Rate Shipping-plugin:

A mismatch between the WooCommerce and Klarna orders was identified. Please verify the order in the Klarna merchant portal before processing. The shipping method does not match between the WooCommerce and Klarna orders. Expected “jem_table_rate_4_postipaketti” found “jem_table_rate:4”. . Order changed from Pending to On Hold.

I have used your plugin to create a 3-tier shipping fee based on the order total amount and it’s been working great until now. Do you have ideas what could be the cause? Plugin version is 2.29, all other plugins (Woocommerce + Klarna Checkout + Klarna Order Management) are up to date as well. I asked Klarna support and they suggested to update the plugins but this error remains. Thanks!

Table Rate will register your shipping settings with WooCommerce as you have configured and after that it has no control in the checkout flow.

The only thing I found was some thread about Klarna not always updating the order information when the cart changes ( https://github.com/krokedil/klarna-checkout-for-woocommerce/issues/106 ) so when the customer selects a different shipping method Klarna might not be updating what data it gathers.

Either way, the mismatch is between what order/shipping data WooCommerce provides and the order/shipping data Klarna retains at various points in the checkout flow so there’s nothing we can do ??

Hey, thanks for the fast response! Unfortunate, I guess we need to stick with a single rate for the time being and try the tiered rates some time in the future ??
