    Hello,

    For some time now, all orders placed on the site remain “Processing” despite payment having been made. The web hooks work correctly and it is possible to make refunds, but all new orders have to be manually “Completed”.

    Please ensure that each digital voucher product is marked as both “virtual” and “downloadable” on the product page. This adjustment is crucial for WooCommerce to recognize the product as one that does not require shipping and can be delivered electronically, which in turn should help in automatically completing the order upon successful payment.
